What we build
There is no template. But every site we build has the same bones, because the same things make a customer ring.
The bones
What every site has, before we tailor it
Tap to call, everywhere
Your number as a real link in the header, the hero, every page footer and a sticky bar on phones. One tap, no copying numbers.
WhatsApp with a pre-written message
Every page opens WhatsApp with a message that names the service or area the visitor was reading, so you know what they want before you reply.
A form that asks the right questions
Booking or quote forms built for your trade: bedrooms and certificate dates for an EICR, postcodes and floors for a move, square metres for a tiler.
A page per service
Each job you want more of gets its own page, written for the questions people ask about it. It is the difference between ranking for one phrase and ranking for forty.
A page per area, genuinely written
Property types, parking, access, how fast you can get there. Not a town name swapped into a template; Google penalises that and customers see through it.
Reviews with their source
Google, Checkatrade and Which? reviews quoted with the date and the job, linked to the profile so they can be checked.
Proof where people look for it
Registrations linked to the register, insurance, memberships, years trading. In the first screen, not the footer.
Your own photos, captioned
Cropped, sized and captioned with the job and the area. No stock. A gallery that keeps growing from the photos you send.
Fast, secure, readable by Google
Plain pages on a global network, loading in under two seconds, with the structured data, sitemap, titles and headings that Google and the AI assistants rely on.
- Phone number is a picture, not a link
- One page, every service in one paragraph
- No way to message or book
- Copyright 2019: looks closed
- Call and WhatsApp in the first screen
- A page for every service and every area
- Reviews shown with their source
- Sticky call bar on every page
Tailored, not templated
How we make it yours
The bones are the same. Everything built on them comes from the findings call: the jobs you want more of, the areas you cover, how you like to be contacted, what your customers worry about, and what your competitors are doing badly.
- Your colours, your logo, your wording where it is good
- Pages chosen from the jobs you want, not a standard list
- Forms that ask what you would ask on the phone
- Trust signals chosen for your trade: Gas Safe for heating, CISRS for scaffold, GDC for dentists
- A design that does not look like the last site we built
Also included
The parts most web companies charge extra for
Google Business Profile set up to match
The listing on the map and the site say the same things: name, number, areas, hours, services. That agreement is what the map ranking depends on.
Measurement from day one
Every call tap, WhatsApp tap and form lead is counted, so the monthly report shows what the site is actually doing.
Hosting, security and backups
First year included. Secure by default, backed up daily, no plugins to update, nothing to log into.
Launch without downtime
We move the site to your domain, keep your email exactly as it is, and redirect every old page so nothing is lost.
Questions people ask us
Do you use WordPress or a site builder?
No. We build plain, fast pages and host them on a global network. There are no plugins to update, nothing to hack, and the site loads in under two seconds on a phone. If you ever leave, you take the files with you.
Can I edit the site myself?
You can send changes on WhatsApp or email and they are done the same working day, which most owners find easier than logging into anything. If you want an editor for a menu or a price list, we can add one.
How many pages will my site have?
Usually between fifteen and fifty: one per service you want more of, one per area you cover, plus the pages every business needs. We decide the list together at the findings call.
Does the site come with email addresses?
We never touch your existing email. If you need a new address on a new domain, we set it up to forward to your current inbox.
Find out what your website is costing you
