The results a website should get you
We do not publish client numbers without permission, and we do not invent them. Here is what a well-built site changes, how we measure it, and what we will and will not promise.
What changes
Four things happen when the site is built around the phone
- 1
More of the visitors you already get become enquiries
Most trade sites get visitors who leave without ringing because the number is a picture, there is no WhatsApp and no form. Fixing that alone turns the same traffic into more calls.
- 2
You start appearing for the jobs you want
A page written for "EICR in Wimbledon" can rank for it. A single services paragraph cannot. More pages, each for a real job and a real area, means more searches you show up for.
- 3
Enquiries arrive with the details you need
A form that asks the right questions, and a WhatsApp message that names the page, means you quote faster. The firm that replies first usually wins.
- 4
The site stops ageing
New photos every few weeks, captioned and tagged, tell Google and customers the business is alive. Most trade sites stop being updated within a year.
What the monthly report shows: calls tapped, WhatsApp taps, form leads, which pages they came from, where the site ranks for the searches that matter, and how fast it loads. In plain English, once a month, no dashboard to log into.
What we measure
Every month, in plain English
Call taps
How many people tapped the number, and on which pages.
WhatsApp taps
How many opened a WhatsApp message to you, and from which service or area page.
Form leads
Every booking or quote request, with what they asked for.
Where you rank
Your position for the searches we built pages for, tracked month on month.
Speed and health
Load time on a phone, broken links, security, anything that needs fixing.
What was added
The photos and changes we made that month, so you can see the site moving.
What we promise
And what we do not
- Every page built so that a customer on a phone can ring or message you in one tap
- A page for every service and area we agree on, written properly, not copied
- Technical checks passed on every page before launch
- A fixed price, a launch date, and a report every month
- Honest advice, including "your current site is fine" when it is
What nobody can honestly promise
Nobody controls Google. Anyone who guarantees you a first-page ranking is guessing or lying. What we can say is that the sites we replace usually fail basic checks that Google and customers both notice, and fixing those is what moves a business from invisible to found. We show you the evidence on the evidence page, and we measure what happens on your site every month.
Questions people ask us
Why are there no case studies on this site?
Because we do not publish a client’s name, site or figures without their written permission, and we would rather show you the evidence from 2,191 sites than hand-picked examples. If you want to speak to a client, ask and we will ask them.
How quickly will I see a difference?
Calls and WhatsApp taps change the week the site goes live, because the same visitors now have a button to press. Rankings for new service and area pages take weeks to months as Google indexes them. The monthly report shows both.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work: the pages, the technical checks, the speed and the measurement. The evidence page shows why that work matters.
What if the site is not getting results?
The monthly report will show it, and we look at why: which searches, which pages, what competitors are doing. There is no long contract holding you in place while we work it out.
